"Well when we first checked in I didn’t really notice but it was super stuffy in out suit it was so late I didn’t really think about it twice I turned on the ac and passed out then at 230 in the morning my lady is waking me up telling me that it’s hot, now I remind you she is 7 months pregnant and she already runs hot so I rolled over probably not the best decision but I’m already committed so I’m rolling with it but I noticed that I was really hot as well literally drenched in sweat so I get up to check the ac units not working ether one of them I call down to the front desk and I hear a voice say let me call you back. 20min go by nothing, I call down again, no answer so I’m like shoot she ditched me go down stairs nowhere to be found… so I’m thinking to myself this person is crazy does she not realize my girl is 7 months I’m in a panic thinking should I just text Ana or not. Ana is the manager sweetest person you’ll ever meet besides that I am pissed by now. Get back to the room and on the way I see a shorty walking my direction tiny squeaky voice says I have your room ready sir ……I’m floord….. I mean I couldn’t believe it this kinda stuff never happens but this night it did super service over here at the lion just wanted to say thanks to Ana for keeping such great employees and especially want to thank a Miss Norma you did it girl you deserve to be recognized for all that you do!!!! "

"My husband and I stayed in the "Downtown House" suite in this very special boutique Inn. What a gem of an oasis in downtown Tucson! The House was huge, impeccably decorated, immaculate, and had every imaginable amenity, including a fully equipped kitchen, private secured parking, and beautiful grounds with lit landscaping and trees, multiple seating areas and firepits. And it was within easy walking distance to all of the downtown sites and great restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. Special thanks to our wonderful host, Daniel, for accommodating our early check-in and your gracious hospitality throughout our stay. We would love to come back."

"All staff were really nice, especially Amy, who gave us a tour of the property at check in. Light breakfast provided was just what we needed to start our day for more exploring/hiking of nearby Saguaro National parks. The rooms are very nice and seem more old world/European. A few things to keep in mind: room we had was on the dark side with no overhead lights and high ceilings, there is no separate room control for AC and house is zoned off in sections, if you want to outdoor hot tub it will take 45-60 minutes to warm up. Otherwise, very interesting place to book that is a break from the norm and is right near many restaurants and touristy areas. "
