A large quiet room a short walk from the main Hotel Roermond. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet and nice evening meal in the main hotel Brasserie delivery Lobby.

A good option to visit Roermond.

A good option for an overnight stay if you're visiting the town or the massive shopping outlet. You have to get the key from the main hotel next to the station but the room was nice and we had good nights sleep. Breakfast is in the main hotel and parking is a bit of a walk on the other side of the railway station but we'd definitely stay again.

It’s terrible hotel because It wasn't clean at all, the beds, toilet terrible. I not recommended to any visitors to attended this hotels. The staff were nice the location also nice.

Nice room poor service room in different building

Super unfriendly receptionist. Our room ended up in another building across the main road. Room itself was nice and quiet. Due to early start we ordered a breakfast to go. In the restaurant we were told there was an upcharge of 5 euros but when we ordered it later in the day the charge had been changed. Receptionist was totally ridged and refused to give us the lower quoted price.

Parking issue

Réception employee tôld me to get a code before leaving parking. I explained her i had to leave at 6. She said and repeat no problèm ok. But réception is closed at 6. So i have to pay parking despite it was included in thé réservation.

Tired Hotel

1st room had mould growing on ceiling dirty toilet after some effort room was changed for another disappointing room same dirty toilet which according to the manager all toilets are badly stained due to age . Terrible internet dropping out all the time . Stayed for or week floor was never cleaned . Overall very disappointing

Hotel ligt tegenover het station, bij uitlopen vh station rechts aanhouden, dit omdat het Inchecken in het hoofdgebouw is nl in Hotel Roermond ( kwamen ter plekke achter, mijn inziens niet vermeld bij het boeken). De kamers zijn schoon en netjes, thee en koffie voorziening. aanwezig. Ontbijt in de Brasserie de Lobby in het hoofdgebouw; prachtig ontbijtzaal en sfeervol, wat ons betreft was het ontbijt uitstekend. Vriendelijk personeel. Genoten van ons verblijf en we komen zeker terug dan combineren we ons verblijf met een dagje Maastricht

Grote onduidelijkheid waar je moet inchecken omdat er twee locaties zijn. Bij de locatie op de hoek is geen personeel aanwezig, via de intercom wordt je verwezen naar het hoofdgebouw bij het station. Dit adres had ook direct vermeld kunnen worden bij het reserveren van de kamer. Ook het aangeven wat het verschil is in kamers tussen de ene en andere locatie is achterwegen gebleven.
