Excellent sejour

Hotel calme dans le centre historique de Rodez. Interieur du batiment avec du cachet. Les chambres sont calmes, propres et fonctionnelles. Literie confortable. La personne de la reception etait très aimable, serviable et à l'écoute. Cest un excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous avons pris le petit dejeuner. Il est à 9 euros et les produits sont de qualité. Je recommande cet etablissement.

Expérience très pénible et stressante.

Impossible d’accéder à cet hôtel dont la réception est fermée entre 11h et 17h. Que faire quand on a 5 heures de route pour arriver, et qu'on doit être à 17 h à un marge ? Le réceptionniste ne répond pas au téléphone (et ne répond d"ailleurs même pas à son employée qui a tenté de l'appeler plusieurs fois, comme nous). Que se serait-il passé s'il y avait eu une urgence ? Les codes d'accès nous sont parvenus à 19 h sans explication ni excuse. Et évidemment trop tard. Pourquoi ne pas avoir envoyé ces codes la veille ou le matin ? Cet hôtel est un scandale indigne de figurer dans les références de Hotel.com. Nous avons dû nous résoudre à chercher une autre chambre… dans un hôtel où nous avons été fort bien accueillis.
