"The beds were terrible."

"Our room was good sized and the bed was comfortable. Convenient location. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was included but was a bit underwhelming. They had an omelet bar, but that was extra. We were there about 20 minutes after the start and several items were mostly empty. They were refilled within 5-10 minutes. Acceptable, but not above average."

"Blankets had obvious burn holes. Trash can outside was over full and no dog poop bags. Dog poop was everywhere! Breakfast in the morning was awful! They ran out of waffle mix, so I asked the front desk and she said she would have it refilled. Waited a bit and the attendant came over and said no more it's closed, even though we were waiting for it to be refilled. She opened my daughter's (she is 10) waffle saw it was going and turned it off right in front of her. When I said something she said, "no more it is closed talk to the manger." She wouldn't even let my daughter finish cooking her food! Worst service/attitude I have ever seen while staying at a hotel from an employee!!"

"We stopped for an overnight stay along our road trip. The hotel was very clean, as was the room. We were thoroughly impressed, as another Radisson stay prior was not the best. The staff was fantastic! I forgot to print out some documents prior to my trip and Jodie printed it for me when their computer/printer was not working. They were all so welcoming. We really enjoyed the breakfast too!"

"Basic but fine. Hotel was dated but overall okay. Location is next to a noisy road and you get planes going over, so not the best for a good night's sleep. Also nothing within walking distance. Parking was good - lots of spaces. Breakfast was basic but with a few options (waffles, cereal, fruit, yoghurt)."

"The staff at the front desk were so friendly from the moment we stepped in the door! The grab and go breakfast is convenient if you're in a hurry to get out the door! I must highlight though, the room was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. I can not give enough kudos to how great the cleaners are! Not just the room but the entire hotel was spotless! Would happily stay again!"
