"Staff was amazing. The place wasn't. The sink pipe was leaking. It had the vibe like there cameras in the outlets (I have no proof....just the vibe), smelled of weed, outside was dirty, and I didn't feel comfortable or safe (as a single female occupant) staying there. I checked out immediately and asked to cancel my reservation. Only received half of my cost and my insurance policy number didn't work since I canceled the trip. "

"Staff was great.
Hotel door hard to open/close, smelled like smoke (booked a non smoking room). Paper thin walls with a door (locked) that went to room next door.
Neighbor pounded on my door and insisted I open it (I did not) because he had to tell me something. I did not feel safe and left 10 minutes after checking in."
