I spoke to the front desk, and they said thats why the room is so cheap. For 120 you would expect the door not to be off the hinges, the toilet seat to be properly attached to the toilet, the room not to smell like smoke and the drapes to block out tge street light. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel.

Our room and pillows smelt like smoke. Our rooms porch screen was broken. The cabinet under the tv was broken. There was hair on our bed as we walked in. Our room phone and clock did not work. And the floor was very slippery.. unfortunately I came here from a wedding tonight. But my girlfriend and I will definitely not be returning..

Our stay did not meet our expectations. The facility was undergoing a renovation that left everything looking unfinished. The doors don’t have room number instead pieces of paper taped to them. There was painters tape around the edge of the walls. But it did not look like they where painting. Carpet throughout was filthy and the all glass doors where dirty. Service was average and it was quite.

If you need a place.to stay that's not as expensive as the neighboring hotels this place.is fine, but don't expect anything extravegant. While the location is convenient in that there are plenty of dining establishments to walk to, it felt a little sketchy, and the exterior and interior were poorly made and a bit on the dirty side.

the entrance of the hotel is dirty and totally different from the pictures on line , there’s no bar in the hotel. the hotel looked beat up dirty. i will not stay there again, there were people with kid hanging out by the stairs to go to room. hotel should close . fake advisement, not what you expect in the picture

They need to do better. The sheets were dirty as someone else slept there. There was lipstick also on the pillow. The floor looked like it had not been swept or mopped in weeks that’s how much particle/things in the floor. They advertise no smoking. There was cigarette butts on the floor along with ashes on the wall where they were obviously put out. Only one outlet worked. I paid $92 for the one night. I was not expecting the Ritz Carlton just basic house keeping. I checked in close to midnight. I got two blankets from my car to put on the bed. Bathroom was not cleaned either.

Not the Ramada that I was expecting!
This place was not what I expected when I chose a Ramada property. It was dark, dirty and sad. The bed and pillows were old and beat up. The bed and bathroom were reasonably clean, but the floors were sticky and the furniture was broken. There were no simple amenities like a microwave or mini fridge. If I hadn’t paid in advance non-refundable I would not have stayed at all.

No frills bargain option
Staff very friendly. Hotel is a little run down and needs a regular vacuuming on stairs and in second floor hallway. Room clean. Price great.

The room : Blood stains on the bedding Bathroom; the hand soap dispenser was covered w old, hard , dirty soap. The floor was dirty. The alarm clock clicked like a geiger counter.,so we had to pull the plug. I requested a replacement and was told there weren’t any, so we had no time check except for our phones. ALL lampshades had holes or dents. ALL furniture was significantly scratched/damaged, including carved graffiti. Paint was peeling in the main room as well as the bathroom. Needless to say, the room was disgusting and unsanitary. We chose this hotel as, during a State of Emergency, our power went out and I required electricity to charge my oxygen tank. I would have complained to the front desk upon our checkout, but I was struggling w my oxygen and needed my husbands assistance to get quickly to our car. My husband was not allowed to check us in or out, as we were told last night, because I’m the one who registered us, so he was unable to register complaints upon our departure. This property is unsanitary, under great disrepair and gross negligence. I would expect a refund for our undesirable experience.

Everything is fine the only bad thing specifically for us that we have kids or teenagers. It is horrible noise from the other guests and the smoke.
