We felt truly taken care of from arrival to departure including getting support for shopping, getting detail information about the places and darshan. Highly recommend for families visiting Tirupati! "The hotel is in a great location with easy access to plenty of good food options. Our room was spacious enough for the two of us, and overall cleanliness was good. However, we did experience a couple of issues. On the first night, the guest in the room next door had their TV on all night, and the sound came through as if it were in our own room, making it difficult to sleep. We reported this to management in the morning, but it wasn’t resolved. Thankfully, the second night was quiet. The bathroom was tidy, though the hot water took a long time to come through. The wet-room style shower was also slightly inconvenient, as water tended to leak over the barrier. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, the hotel was a good stay due to its location, food options, and cleanliness."
