"Was adequate "

"Very average. Could use some updating. Our window didn’t close all the way so we heard all the traffic. Addressed it in the morning. Clerk said he would text the owner but we never heard back. We were busy with graduation so we didn’t care as much. The price they charged us for the weekend because of grad weekend was robbery. I don’t mind paying the money if it’s a nice property but this is definitely not worth what we were charged. I would find a much better one if coming to KU!"

"Enjoyed my stay - I’ve stayed before and I’ll stay again. Quiet area within walking distance of several restaurants. Room had everything I needed. 24/7 coffee in the lobby made up for no coffeemaker in the room. Breakfast was really good."

"Considering the price of the room for graduation weekend, this hotel will disappoint in a big way. I am sure at $69/night it would be fine. But it was $350/night for graduation which is insane for a room like those offered at this place. Location is good though."

"The staff and facilities were wonderful. They have a river walk area that needed a good cleaning from the winter. Lots of leaves, branches and papers that just needed to be swept up. Besides that it was excellent and we will stay there again. The staff was the best part of our stay! They are 5 Stars!"
