Baymont by Wyndham Henrietta/Rochester
The staff was very kind. The shower leaked and the fire doors keep closing which kept waking me up.

Best Western Rochester Marketplace Inn
There was no hot water for a shower. There was only one person working the desk at check in and then again at breakfast the next morning. Definitely understaffed. The bathroom tub had mold all along the under side edges. You could hear people in the hallways very easily. Would not recommend.

Check in staff was not very pleasant. We chose this hotel based on an indoor pool being available in the area we needed to be in. However we arrive and "pool under construction" signs on pool room.
