I loved the jacuzzi set up and the bed was comfy 👍. What I didn't like is that the carpet looked bad the furniture looked bad it was all dirty, but over all I enjoyed my stay there cause it was my birthday , and I turned up. Didn't get a knock at the door and my music was loud loud.

When I walked into the room the rug was filthy and the couch was torn. you could tell the room was not cleaned. when I called the front desk to ask for another room I was told the hotel was booked, which was a lie. it had no microwave in the room and they wanted more money for me to use one. the bed did not have a fitted sheets which showed how the mattress really looked. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THEY NEED TO CLOSE DOWN.

The room was nice. Was disappointed about our friends room. All this place needs is some updated love, and its casino back. The other 2 casinos was awesome. All in all it was worth it!

There was an issue with my reservation. Even though I had a reservation, there was no room available for me. After about 10 minutes the receptionist found us a room. The first room she found was disappointing, but I was able to switch rooms. The second room was an older room with stained floors and stained chairs. Didn’t feel as comfortable as we would have liked. Wasn’t too pleased about this room for my birthday getaway.

The first room key did not work to the room and the clerk did not offer to remake the key, instead she gave us another room which was not in good condition.The jacuzzi tub did not work. The chairs in the room had rips on them and they were dirty.

The outside view was wonderful and also the inside lobby was great but when i got in the room tha bathroom was unsanitary plus the closet door was broke and wouldn't stay close, all together i feel like i had been screwed out of my money B/C spending almost 200 dollars my room didn't make me feel that way, sorry didn't feel it was worth what i spent.

It was shuttered and dirty. It’s the hotel side of a now closed casino. The hotel is run down, mildew in the showers, in need of an update 10years ago.

The property is older but well taken care of and clean.The people were friendly. However, it is not connected to a casino or a bar or a restaurant. You have to walk across the way to the Horseshoe for all of this. We can stay at a casino attached to everything for what we paid for this.

It wasn’t very clean as it usually is. The hot tub was as bad as I’ve seen it in years cleanliness wise.
