"There was nowhere to hang clothes in the main room or in the bathroom. No hangers. The water spout in the sink - if not turned on very much, water leaked all over the counter. If turned on too much, water shot straight out over the sink and onto your clothes. Could not figure out the overhead shower and hand held shot straight out. The shower floor was too slippery. The air conditioner was extremely noisy. Had to turn it off and keep the window wide open all night with the shade partly up to...

"The room is clean, and the property is well-maintained. The room pictures matched the actual room. The check-in & check-out process was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions. "I have mobility issues & would have liked to have seen grab bars & non slip strips in the tub/ shower. the toilet was also very low, same height as the tub, which made it very hard for a person of my age ( 82) to sit & stand. Do you have rooms that are set up for handicapped/ disabled customers?"
