Exceptionally helpful staff. Reception staff were extremely helpful with local area information, admin. and technology (Don't forget the donation of fresh tea leaves!). Vegetarian dietary requirements catered for with a little help from Google Translate! Wide variety of breakfast buffet items, all inclusive. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. If there was a higher rating than 5 star we would award it.

We loved our stay in Rize. Its quieter than other areas of Turkey, so you can mingle with locals more. Beautiful scenery anyway you drive. I think hiring a car allows you to really explore the area. Lots of activities from History, sports or just relaxing by lakes in lush green areas. We stayed 5 days need to return to explore some more. The hotel was an excellent place to explore from. Good breakfast. My husband and I enjoyed the swimming and spa. Wonderful relaxing break.

There were only a few rooms occupied in the hotel, AC heating was turned OFF for all guest rooms and they sent us a heater to the room, they did not tell us upon check in which should not be the case of course. Breakfast and service at breakfast were fine.

Nice 4 days holiday in Rize

The hotel is with nice location. The room is a big one and with perfect view. Cleanliness is perfect. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is good. My only notice is that the staff need more experience, they all seemed to me that are new in their job.

We stayed 3 nights. Huge hotel with only a few customers. Super clean. The room lacks coziness and you can hear your neighbours. The breakfast buffet is nothing exceptional. As a comparaison, we stayed 3 nights at the Park Dedeman in Trabzon after and the breakfast buffet was ten times better. We ate dinner once at the Italian restaurant. A big disappointment. Expensive and not good at all. A risotto al porcini (90tl) with regular mushrooms instead of porcini mushrooms. The osso bucco (150tl) was so hard my wife broke the knife. We complained but no one offered apologies, not even the supervisor wearing a nice suit who was standing behind us at the cash. He only wished us good night, in Turkish, On check out, no one asked if everything was ok. Very unprofessional and really not the standards for a Ramada hotel. We will not stay there again.
