"There were renovations going on so better signage for rest rooms would have been helpful. When I got ready to check out there was parking on my bill and I said I did not use parking. They deleted one day, I said I was there 3 nights there should be no parking. They said they would handle. Only 2 days was credited and I did not see this until I returned home next day, so one day still not credited.
Bed was uncomfortable. Felt like mattress was a rock or at least slept on for so long that it was so compacted.
Room was spacious and loved shower, suggest better non-slippery surface for seniors that are concerned about falls. No I did not request a handicap accessible room; but this seems like common sense.
Restaurant staff very friendly as was housekeeping.
Would stay again as accessibility to freeway was easy and great parking ( my daughter used)."
