"We stayed for a week in the regular rooms and tbh they weren’t so bad, they were at least clean. Then we moved into the “suites” extended stay rooms. They were terrible. Stains all over the walls, ceiling, lamps, etc. there was two car air fresheners tied to the AC unit, which was CAKED in mold, I’m talking caked. I bought bleach spray and sprayed it inside and out for a couple of days. The first day there about 5K flies in the rooms, and as I started to see, when the cleaners “cleaned” they...

"Parking was well lit, close and ample. Our room was very clean, bright and comfortable. While the hotel proper held beautiful elements of it's almost 200 year history, the rooms themselves were basic Hampton Inn variety. It didn't bother us in the least. Breakfast was about what one would expect from a Hampton Inn. I found the choice for kielbasa sausage as a meat option, versus bacon and breakfast sausage, a little odd for breakfast, but it was good. I wish they'd had grits or biscuits...

"Upon check in we explained to the front desk clerk very clearly that we had two reservations and specifically asked that she put us in a room that we could stay in for the duration of our stay because we didn’t want to have to change rooms. She sent us to our room after assuring us we could stay in our room for two nights. She was unsuccessful at doing this and we had to interrupt our visit with our friends to return to the hotel to change rooms. This was disruptive and annoying but what was...

"The property is a beautiful old home from 1800's. The grounds are well kept and the bathrooms are upgraded beautifully. There are fire pits for cooler weather. It was off season so the pool and hot tubs were not available. The game room is very fun and the parlor had some snacks and drinks."

I have stayed here several times and my experience has always been excellent. The property/room is showing a little wear but it was very clean. "

"The room this week and last week were both clean. Last week the AC was not working in the room and it got quite warm. This week everything was perfect and the front desk staff told me that all of the rooms AC have been reviewed and are now working properly."
