"My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. The foot desk are so nice as well."

"There was no ceiling in the hallway, and was dark and smelled like mold. Rooms were very dated, but clean. Definitely checked for bedbugs, I think it was ok. Hopefully. There was a strange mechanical noise outside my room that sounded like a viking war bugle. And that was worse than the throng of drunks outside my window from the bar. Thankfully I had earplugs with me, managed to sleep ok, but I slept with my clothes on."

"I left something valuable behind in our room upon check out (800.00 value). I called 2 days later when I realized I didn't have the item and the front desk was able to determine from housekeeping that it was indeed located 2 days earlier upon check-out. While I am appreciative that housekeeping set the item aside, a call to the phone number on file for the reservation (before 2 days had passed!) would have been the appropriate customer service response - especially given the value of the item...

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and restful getaway."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the downside was the toilet wouldn't flush properly and would clog on t.p and it was a pain to have to call everyday for a plunger or them to plunge it, but they always came, the last 2 days our room wasnt properly cleaned like the towels were just tossed onto the counter and there was no refill of ice bags or t.p"

"Fantastic experience staying in a classic location, central to everything and historical to the city itself. This property is incredible and a must stay when in Winnipeg. Comfortable beds, friendly staff and useful amenities found everywhere from water filling stations, to coffee machines, microwaves. Be sure to ask the front desk about the ghost stories."

"Great location and value. We did have an issue with loud neighbour's on night one but they immediately set up a transfer to a different floor and gave us a complementary breakfast for the inconvenience. Great parking access and was safe and secure. Fully recommend"
