I never got to meet her in person but everyday Niocole came and left a nice message for us all on the whiteboard so we know they were keeping watch but nothing was needed. " It is restful to stay in a hotel that looks, smells, and feels clean. We especially wanted to make use of the pool and were relieved to find it was clean (unlike a recent experience in another lodging place)."

"We stayed in room # 112. Came back from dinner about 6:30 pm to the room and it sounded like we had “a huge party” going on. I opened the curtains and realized our view was of the pool and the large playroom next to it with 50+ kids and parents screaming to one another. This lasted until 12 midnight. Finally I got to sleep! At 4am I was awakened by staff cleaning the pool and moving furniture in the playroom. What the devil? How does one expect this kind of sleepless night at the Radisson? When we checked out the woman at the desk WAS NOT understanding at all! She stated “ gosh I’m sorry, no one else has ever complained about this. Well, I hope you have a pleasant day.” And she turned around and went into the office. She showed no customer concern at all!!! I’ll not stay in the Radisson again."

"there was a tissue stuffed in the peep hole which was weird. the microwave didn't work so instead of bringing me a different one they wanted me to switch rooms? eventually they brought me one after i told them i was already settled in my room and that it didn't make sense to swap rooms as opposed to swapping microwaves so i wanted to be compensated for not having a microwave. suddenly one appeared."
