"The hotel was so clean, nicely decorated, and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was good. My favorite part of the hotel was Rakita, the manager, who checked us in. She was very accommodating, friendly, and a pleasure to visit with while we waited on our room. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here anytime I find myself in Austin. "

"The lady who checked me in announced my room location loudly while other guest were next to me in the lobby, I was traveling alone. The hotel charges your card for room deposit before arriving at the property even if you opt for pay at location. Generally hotel staff is nasty and rude and repeat over and over you’ll get your deposit back as long as there is no damage to the room. As if someone would choose this dump to destroy a room. Would not recommend unless you are extreme need of somewhere to sleep."

"the electricity went out but came back on, but I was without tv and wifi for 2 days and when I asked the front desk staff about it he had a attitude and told me he doesn't know what to tell me I will have to wait until the morning shift comes in and see if they can fix it. I wasn't offered a partial refund or discount on my next stay, wasn't even given an apology"
