This room is very comfortable and modern with an amazing ocean view of Manarola and the Ligurian sea. The balcony provided an extremely enjoyable experience for viewing the Cinque Terre coast. Would definitely recommend for anyone that isn’t adverse to climbing long stairways and steep sidewalks - but that’s the basic nature of CT anyway. The only negative was the inability to check in a little early because we arrived in a downpour. But otherwise a great home base from which to enjoy the charm and beauty of the CT!

The view was absolutely stunning! The sunset was incredible. The beds were comfortable and a nice shower with big tub. We stayed with our two boys but it worked out as there are shades for the bathroom. There are two doors out to the balcony which is nice. It is a bit of a hike up to the apartment but so worth it. Truly lovely

We really enjoyed our suite. The room had some normal wear and tear that didn’t really impact our stay. It took us a little bit of communication with the staff to figure out that the lights and wifi only work when the room key card is in the slot by the door. But once we did that, we had to reset the breaker for the lights. It all worked out tho. The view, the AC, the bath, and the bed were all incredible. My advice for anyone who might be interested in this room: understand that you will be trekking up the hill and it. Is. A. Trek. But it’s worth the effort. We appreciated the staff and enjoyed our stay immensely.

What a place, we stayed in the suite and it was perfect, lots of space including outdoor space! The suite was very clean and the bed incredibly comfy. You have to work to get there but the views are absolutely incredible, definitely could have stayed longer.

Best place to stay in Cinque Terre!

Fantastic room in Manarola. No place could have a better view! Clean and comfortable too! The restaurant under same ownership was attentive to needs and great food. Everyone nice. Owner very responsive.

My husband and I booked the honeymoon suite and were blown away by the incredible views from our private terrace. It was the perfect getaway and wish we stayed more than two nights because it really was so beautiful and relaxing.

The property by far has the best views in town. The walk to get there is tougher than you’d think lugging baggage but well worth it. Bathroom and bedroom could use some bleach to get rid of some minor mold but it’s a great place! Host was fantastic.

Fantastic room with fabulous views! Although there’s no onsite reception, The First team were very responsive and even helped us with a discount for Via Dell’Amore. They also provided lots of helpful information about the area and gave us special treatment at their restaurant, La Regina. The minibar and water are chargeable, but all the details are clearly displayed. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

The most beautiful property! Very clean room with stunning views. I would recommend not bringing luggage though as it was a trek getting it to the room (nothing wrong with that just a heads up for future visitors)!

The view alone at this property from the balcony is worth the cost! My husband and I stayed in La Spezia and booked one night in Manarola at this property. We took in the breathtaking sunset from the balcony and then watched a lightning storm off in the distance under the stars. A memorable stay for sure!

Wonderful stunning view and very cute apartment. Great location, comfortable bed, nice hot tub, epic deck. Could use a refrigerator or ice machine to chill some wine but honestly the view is to die for.
