"Words can’t fully express the gratitude I have for Kaitlyn and the team at Comfort Inn & Suites Scottsdale. While traveling alone, I experienced a very unsettling situation while out traveling in Phoenix — one that had absolutely nothing to do with the hotel here in Scottsdale — and Kaitlyn was extraordinary throughout the entire experience. From the moment I spoke with her, she remained calm, grounded, compassionate, and incredibly professional. In the middle of me having a complete emotional meltdown, she stayed steady and reassuring. She even walked through my room with me to help me feel safe and comfortable. What impressed me most was her ability to balance genuine care with professionalism. While managing check-ins, deep cleaning (yes, I said deep-cleaning), and handling the front desk, she still made me feel like a priority. She even offered me a room right next to the front desk so I could feel more secure. That level of thoughtfulness and humanity is rare, and it truly reflects what exceptional hospitality should look like. She was a God-sent! She informed staff of my situation and they were professional and kind. When we stay in hotels, they become our home away from home. As a woman traveling on her own, I can confidently give this hotel 5 stars. Ladies — this is where you want to stay!! The atmosphere is warm, personal, respectful, nonjudgmental, non bias, and held to a genuinely high standard of care. Kaitlyn deserves recognition — and a raise!"

"I really enjoyed staying at this resort. It was peaceful and spacious. I stayed in a villa. I really liked how large the rooms were and the patio area was nice. I brought my dog so the patio was nice to take my dog outside. The rooms were very clean. Even with being pet friendly the rooms did not have any pet oder. The resort is older but is well maintained. The pool area was clean. I saw in reviews people said the walls were thin and they cough hear people next door. I was worried about that but I did not have any issues with hearing my neighbors. I would definitely recommend this resort and if I’m back in the area in the future I would stay here again."

"Sonesta Suites Scottsdale Gainey Ranch is a beautiful, clean, and well-kept property. Overall, we had a very nice stay. The only thing to note is that we visited during spring break, so the hotel was quite busy with many kids around. If you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing stay, this may not be the best choice during that time of year. Other than that, it’s a lovely hotel."
