"The breakfast was not ever fully available. We attempted both days that we stayed to go down and have breakfast. They never had enough of anything. The hot tub was ice cold and very nasty full of foam. As far as our room, the size of the room was amazing. Our door was so hard that it made a horrible noise every time we had opened or closed it which made it hard to get out of the room once the baby was sleeping. Our bed squeaked when we rolled over. The check-in staff when we arrived was exceptional. The checkout staff on the other hand was very short and rude. It is safe to say we will not be staying in this establishment again when we come back to Albuquerque. We spend a lot of time in this town on road trip but do not recommend this place, especially if you have small children. Which I did put in my reservations that I had a baby and a 4-year-old. We got calls from the front desk complaining about us being entirely too loud. Disturbing the neighbors below us. That should have been something at the front desk considered knowing very well that we had small children, but we had to do with a barking dog in the room next to us all weekend and that didn't seem to be relevant. But my 4-year-old running and playing in the room was too much. Would not consider this a family friendly location, and again will not be staying or recommending to any of my family"

"Upon arrival I noticed the outside appearance does not match the existing pictures on Expedia. There is no lovely windows atop the porte-cochère. It's just been stuccoed over. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The first room I was given, the smoke alarm was chirping, there was no additional chair in the room to sit in (other than the desk chair), just an empty space. The frame of the door was damaged. Due to the chirping, I was given another room. The fridge did not work, but didn't end up needing it. There has been damage to the room that has been poorly touched up. Damaged furniture in the room. TV is very small with limited channels. I thought maybe the pool just looked dirty because it had recently rained, but it appeared to have been not actually recently cleaned. No swimming for me. They did just install gates, so there is a security fence to park behind. That was an unexpected perk! The beds felt old. It appears maybe they are doing some work as there was a large construction dumpster in the back lot, with old mattresses leaned against it. Maybe they will replace the rest of the mattresses soon. There was a cockroach in my room, he's now dead. I had previously stayed at this location, but I guess it has been longer than I realized, and has really not been kept up with as well as one would hope. The breakfast - meh. The staff I encountered were very helpful and nice. It's no fault of their own that the conditions of the hotel are deteriorating."

"We've stayed here before, it just seemed worn down. The last time we stay we had to ask for new sheets. Ours had old blood on them. Not the way I expect to find a "clean" bed. But they fixed it pretty quickly, Besides that the breakfast was wonderful as always an definitely a convenient location."
