Super friendly staff! I stayed at the hotel for five days in the treatment was amazing from the reception, room services, and to the kitchen. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking to explore the Botago area and be near to traditional landmarks.

I liked the property location to business, bars, restaurants and relatively close to the beach. The breakfast at the restaurant was great as well as the restaurant. There is a bar/pool in the penthouse where I met some other nice guests. The rooms were small, but had everything needed (minifrige, closet, safe). I am definitely going to consider this hotel for my next visit to Rio if the price is right.

Our room had a cockroach issue for which we were moved to a different room. The second room had a leaking AC which made our suitcases wet and had a leaking bidet which dirtied our washroom floor. The front desk staff are very rude with the exception of one or two members. We had a missing outfit & personal towel that was taken by a housekeeper and the staff gave us runaround for three days until we finally put our foots down and they returned the items to us. Not sure how this hotel has 4 stars - we will never stay here again.
