La habitacion grande. Cama cómoda. Limpieza bien aunque el servicio de habitacion no tan bueno ( nos quedamos varios dias y yo tuve que pedirles cambio de sabanas y mas toallas) El restaurant del hotel nada bueno. Desayuno pobrisimo. Fea ambientación.Café varias veces quemado. Huevos revuelos feos, e incluso me encontré cascaras de huevo. Jugos horribles, diluidos, sosos, intomables. No tenían lecha caliente para el café. Para comer imposible. Fuimos una noche y nos dieron una picaña que no se podia cortar. Sin mantel, ni mantelito. Muy, muy medio pelo.

O quarto horrível tinha cheiro de mofo o split muito velho todo amarelo. Felizmente tinha outro disponível e trocaram. Café da manhã muito fraco e fui "recepcionada" por mosquitos. Apenas o staff que foi muito prestativo e atencioso. Não recomendo esse apart hotel.

O hotel é muito bonito e bem cuidado. O quarto é extremamente espaçoso e confortável, embora um ponto negativo seja a televisão: é antiga, não é smart e não possui TV a cabo. A piscina é excelente, porém o horário reduzido (das 8h às 19h) dificulta aproveitar o dia de praia e ainda retornar para utilizá-la. Poderiam estender este horário de funcionamento. O transporte para a Praia da Reserva é ótimo. Já a localização, na Barra da Tijuca, é tranquila e rodeada por shoppings, mas tudo fica distante para ir a pé, exigindo o uso de carros de aplicativo. Um ponto positivo é que um ônibus passa em frente ao hotel, facilitando o acesso a Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon e outras áreas turísticas para quem não estiver de carro e não queira usar carros de aplicativo. O atendimento é muito bom. Tem uma recepcionista super simpática que indicou barzinhos para a gente. Quanto ao café da manhã, infelizmente deixou a desejar. Pelo valor pago, eu esperava maior variedade e qualidade. Em alguns dias, os pães estavam duros, os bolos secos, o gelo derretido e havia menos opções do que o habitual em hotéis de grande porte.

Equipe ótima, educada. Já o hotel está em total decadência!!! Fui colocada em uma suite com cheiro de mofo insuportável e o split deve ser da "idade da pedra". Fui até a recepção, a qual me atendeu muito bem e fizeram a troca de quarto, onde tudo funcionava a contento. A suite que minha filha ocupou estava tb em estado deplorável e fizeram a substituição por outra razoável. O café da manhã sofrível e tinham varias moscas "convidadas". Enfim foi uma experiência muito ruim.
