One of the rooms we got was not cleaned before giving it to us. The sheets and the towels were stained and the air conditioner was very noisy. The staff did not wanted to change our room, they made us have a really hard time.

I booked a double single bed and they put me in a bedroom just beside the kitchen area with two beds. The air conditioner was noisy and water from taps was leaking. Next day I changed the room to 9th floor with very poor internet connection and another noisy air conditioner… I kept this room anyways.

O local é muito mal cuidado, os armários são mofados, a Tv não funciona, os lençóis e cortinas são encardidos, os cobertores são de péssima qualidade, impossível de utilizar, as toalhas estavam bem surradas mas deu para usar, o wifi só funciona na recepção, a limpeza deixou a desejar e os pisos de taco estão precisando restauro. Em geral tem bom espaço, mas falta manutenção e cuidados básicos. A localização é duvidosa, região central com prostituição, bares e parece bem perigoso. O café da manhã estava satisfatório e com boa variedade.

O Hotel tem um nome diferente na fachada do disponibilizado no site, o que causou contratempo na chegada. As roupas de cama são velhas, puídas, com aparência de sujas e rasgos. Quarto com muitas infiltrações e aparência de mal-limpo. Os funcionários foram ótimos e o atendimento foi de muita qualidade, o café a manhã, apesar de poucas opções, era muito gostoso e com produtos de qualidade. No geral, não foi uma estadia ruim, mas poderia ser mais confortável.

Precisam melhorar muito.

Hotel bem localizado, mas o serviço muito ruim.. cafe da manha todo dia a mesma coisa e sem variedades o que torna enjoativo. as toalhas dos quartos de todos os dias que ficamos nao foi trocada nem um dia... um quarto triplo havia somente 2 tomadas(uma no banheiro e uma ao lado de uma cama, ou seja nos 3 que estavamos hospedados tinhamos que alternar quem usuaria a tomada. Eramos 3 hospedes e so colocaram 2 cobertas, pedimos por diversas vezes a terceira e nao chegou. pedimos comida no ifood e o restaurante nao fica aberto impossibilitando emprestar um talher sequer para o hospede. nao ha nada no frigobar e nem na recepção se precisar.

Os quartos fede, a roupa de cama parece que não foi trocada nunca. O lençol do quarto parece que foi aproveitado de outro hóspede. Me deu ânsia de vômito. Pedi para trocar de quarto e nos trocaram para um melhorzinho mas as roupas de cama fedia do mesmo jeito. Não recomendo
