A nice hotel for two or three days only

The check-in was pretty cool. Fast and very friendly. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel and the fact they had sparkling water to sell at the lobby.

Minha avaliação negativa se baseia na limpeza. Ao chegar, percebi um cheiro horrível nas áreas comuns do hotel. Além disso, o cobertor disponível no quarto não foi lavado há bastante tempo, o que ficou evidenciado porque havia um "band-aid" ainda pregado nele. Não é possível que a gerência não saiba que o hotel fede e fede muito. Na chegada, o quarto cheirava bem. No segundo dia, o cheiro da recepção/corredor tomou conta do quarto. Não me importo em me hospedar em hotéis básicos, mas o quesito higiene é inegociável. A equipe foi amistosa, não há do que falar deles. Mas fica aqui registrado o alerta aos proprietários/gerente que fazem vista-grossa para esse item essencial. Inadmissível.

O café da manhã pode melhoras com outras opções tipo: avéia, chia, linhaça, leite desnatado, etc.... Não são produtos caros. Os colaboradores da Recepção: Excelentes!!!! Serviço de camareiras: Excelente! Quanto os que auxiliam no serviço de Cozinha, precisam passar por uma reciclagem. Não são nada agradáveis. Tudo que solicitamos a resposta é Não. "Estou trabalhando sozinha". O cliente não pode resolver essa questão. Acho que o hotel, precisa rever! Pois isso, chateia o cliente e termina caindo a qualidade do serviço.

Excelente Hotel!

O Hotel está em uma excelente localização, com bares na frente, farmácia e restaurantes na esquina. Um bairro bem tranquilo com comércio na avenida, fui viagem em casal, pesquisei muito antes de finalizar a hospedagem! O Hotel tem um café da manhã que atende bem, recepcionistas gentis e educados, um quarto que nos atendeu bem. Eu indico e quando voltar ficarei de novo neste hotel, o custo benefício é excelente. Deixo meu agradecimento aos recepcionistas Dani e Victor, que fizeram nossa estadia sem muito mais agradável. As fotos foram tiradas no check out. Hotel tranquilo, pra família! Sem barulhos ou agitações.
