The hotel was fine, staff was great. Biggest concern we had was condition of the elevators. Not ridden in lifts that made so much noise. A few time wondered if the doors would open, they started to open and then seemed to get stuck. You can tell this is an older hotel with a lot of use.

The staff was very nice. I had expressed that my dad is disabled and we would’ve liked a first floor room.
