This hotel doesn’t exist anymore. No one emailed or texted me to tell me. I called the number posted on the door; they said they tried to contact me, but that’s a lie, obviously— I wouldn’t have shown up there if they had. The very rude woman tried to get me to stay in a nearby hotel, but I went there to take a look, and it was filthy. Luckily, I was able to book other accommodations at a real hotel down the street instead. I’m going to need a full refund, of course. You can’t expect to keep the money of people who book at hotels that no longer exist!

Saavuttaessa Hotellille, hotelli oli kiinni ja ovessa oli lappu mihin soittaa. Puhelimeen vastasi hyvin huonosti englantia puhuva henkilö ja pitkän sähläämisen jälkeen selvisi, että hotelli on korvattu toisella hotellilla(Royal Square Hotel). Tämä hotelli oli heikko, henkiläkuntaa oli 2-3 henkilöä kaikkiaan, eivät puhuneet juurikaan englantia. Aamiaista ei ollut ensimmäisenä aamuna, vaan myöhemmin kerrottiin että pitää ruksia listasta mitä haluaa huoneeseen (heikko aamiainen). Siivousta huoneessa ei ollut ollenkaan 3 päivänä. Huoneen avainkortit lakkasi toimimasta, eikä kukaan ollut halukas tekemään asialle mitään. Kaikenkaikkiaan hotellikokemus oli huono.

Great room with great view ! Weird to pay cash only on arrival and breakfast was cold every day, but apart from that, great hotel and good central location!

Tummen upp!

Är man inte ute efter rum/hotell-upplevelse, mycket prisvärt hotell i centrum. Bra lobby, att sitta och koppla av eller jobba och. Baren var stängd pga Corona, men fanns bra om sittplatser på lobbyn. Mkt trevlig och hjälpsam personal som gjorde det lilla extra för bästa gästvänlighet.

Overall fantastic value.

Very central hotel, and excellent value. Request a room in the new block, because the rooms in the old block are jaded and need updating, and the connecting corridor is lethal in the dark. Very helpful staff.

Huone tilava ja sijainti loistava. Huone päällisinpuolin siisti, mutta pyyhkeet olivat tahraiset joka oli melko inhottavaa. Aamupala ihan ok, kunhan odotukset eivät ole liian korkealla. Buffasta puuttui kokonaan kylmä ja lämpöalustat jonka vuoksi lämpimät ruoat kylmiä ja kylmät lämpimiä.

Limited air-con functionally

Air-condition is there but does not work in all the rooms. I changed room to one with no morning sun and that helped a little. Be aware of this when booking. The “poor” staff have to deal with this daily and can’t do magic - they really try. But management sucks for not fixing the problem. For their visitors and for their staff.

Top Lage, modern, super Preis - Leistung

Top Lage, mitten in der Altstadt, 10 min Fußweg von Bhf, 10 min Fußweg von der Haltestelle Richtung Flughafen. Modernes Ambiente, sauber, neu ausgestattet. Die Betten leider etwas zu weich, kein wasserkocher im Zimmer und die Handtücher etwas abgenutzt, zum Teil mit Flecken. Frühstück in Ordnung, sowohl herzhafte, als auch süße Speisen und frisches Obst und Gemüse vorhanden

Huone oli muuten ihan perus hyvä, siivouksessa paljon parannettavan varaa. Mm. Käytetty vesi lasi siirrettiin yöpöydältä takaisin puhtaiden riviin sellaisenaan, ja hiustuppoja löytyi sieltä täältä. Aamiainen oli surkea esitys, lämpimäksi tarkoitetut ruoat olivat lähes kylmiä ja kahvi pahaa. Valikoima oli melko pieni, mutta se ei haittaisi jos se olisi tehty hyvin.
