Lady at front desk was very friendly and quick to check me in. Room was basic but very clean, I didn't have high expectations as it was a $65 room for one night. It had everything I needed. King bed was wonderful.

As a place to spend the night during a long drive to Florida, the hotel is good & likely to get better as its renovation progresses. The staff was friendly & accommodating, and the Waffle House next door was convenient. For cleanliness, I'd give it 7 out of 10... not white-glove pristine, but OK. I'd definitely consider staying there again.

This wasn’t an Executive Inn they are clean and well maintained. The clerk would only take cash for the pet deposit. The IRS will want to know what hey do with the cash. The sink was cracked, the sound didn’t work on the TV. Horrible stay but had to stay since we arrived at 10 pm and couldn’t find another room at a good hotel.

We were assigned a room on the second floor but two of the four stairways were blocked off with caution tape. We considered this a significant safety hazard. We asked for and were re-assigned to a first floor room. In the second room, the hook for the security bar had been ripped out of the wall, another safety hazard. There was no continental breakfast although it was advertised on the outside sign, an example of false advertising. The overall external appearance of the facility was shabby; it needs paint. On the plus side, the staff was courteous and helpful when we asked for another room and when we reported a noise issue in the parking lot. .
