"Used my card at check-in and a week later get a charge for Best Buy in Lakewood, CO. I never use that card and only used it for the room deposit, interesting to me that my card was used a week later in the same town!"

"We arrived late so didn’t get to use the pool sadly. We loved the breakfast, so many choices! The beds were so comfortable and the staff so sweet , they gave our dog a gift bag ! The only thing i would say is that they seem to cater to business guests ( which is nice) but there was a lady there on her phone talking loudly through our whole breakfast. It was very annoying. May a separate area to conduct business or encouragement to eat breakfast in your room if you are gonna be on the phone would be nice for other guests. It was a wonderful stay though ! "

"The beds are soooo hard and the pillows flatten to nothing as soon as you lay your head on them. The room was clean the television was good with streaming apps. The breakfast was pretty good. The hot water on the 4th floors takes a while to heat up. "

"Exterior has chiped off paint that needs to be cleaned up. I stayed at this Mpotel 5 nights. I first night I informed them that the floor lamp didn'r work and it is very hard to see at the desk. I informed them 4 days later that it still not working. It is 5 day now and it still is not working."
