the "acccessible" room we were assigned to was lacking. the bathroom in particular was inconvennient to use - the sink had ZERO space around it for storage. elevators were slow and made concerning groans. bar staff on the main level seemed inconvenienced by our pressence in the evening.

We did not have breakfast. The room was nice. The bathroom is very tiny. The hotel and room were very clean. Good location.

Hyatt Place Richmond Airport
Very clean in all areas, inside and out. Breakfast buffet was great. The staff was quite helpful and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel. And I would stay there again if I return to that area.
