"Always love staying at this hotel; very convenient if you plan to go to the Richmond night market. Staff are very friendly and the food at the Bruno restaurant was superb. Rooms are amazing and very spacious, love the tub and shower combo. Rooftop pool and hot tub is perfect; abit small but beautiful. Valet parking is $38 but if you park yourself in the lot, it’s only $30 for 24 hours. We definitely will be back! "

"I am not an expert on checking every little detail about a room or the property so to me, it was great and had everything I needed. However, I can definitely make an educated review about the customer service. My husband and I stayed 2 nights, and it didn't matter what time it was everyone on shift was STELLAR in their service.
