We stayed for one night with our two toddlers and Great Dane. There so many restaurants options that are within a super super close walking distance. Very safe and quiet area, right outside of military base. The staff was friendly and respectful! Especially the lovely two African American ladies that work there at the front desk. Definitely will be staying again to visit our family who live on base. Would recommend it to others, 10/10!!!

Very run down hotel, especially for what is supposed to be a “long term stay”. It is missing a lot, and apparently going through renovations, the floorboards were all ripped up. There is a gym and pool listed, but do not exist. There’s a “kitchen”, but no pots, pans, silverware, etc. There is not even an ice machine. The staff was super nice, the property just lacked basic things that it says it includes. It did not even come with shampoo and soap like any other hotel would. The pet fee is $200 and then $10 a day which is ridiculous. The rooms are cleaned every 14 days, and if you want new sheets or towels, you have to take the old ones to the front desk to replace them, take take new ones back yourself. 0/10 would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Considering I had to stand in the lobby and wait for an attendant for almost 20 minutes, I was able to get someone when I called the number to the hotel and got the booking agent, who then called the hotel to get someone. I finallynally got checked in 30 minutes later. Then, adding more fuel to an already bad experience, I was informed that the Elevator was broken and had been that way for over a month, so I was forced to climb 3 flights of stairs. Then, getting to the room, nothing worked, neither the tv nor the room phone, so back down the steps again I went. I was given another room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, but a smoke smell was in the room. Exhausted and disgusted i tried to make the best of it, but gave up and left at 415am and went back home to a cold house without any heat, which is why I was at the hotel to begin with. The whole experience was terrible, and I definitely will not recommend or entertain anything here in the future. The cleanliness of the hotel was something to be desired as well.

Hotel was disgusting to say the least. The walls looked worn out and had holes where the baseboards would have been. Mold on ceiling. Just down right HORRIBLE! Updated and old. Looks like a 2-hour stay hotel if you know what I mean.
