This hotel was excellent. It was very clean. The staff was informative and well organized. They even provided a shuttle to the airport. They provided a nice continental breakfast.

Taylor was the night clerk and she was incredibly helpful with a dinner recommendation and getting us scheduled on the 4:30a.m. airport shuttle for the next morning.

My main issue with the room is that it did not have curtains that close. That's right, only a white sheer separating you from the flood lit parking lot. The fabric curtains were not functional.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn by the Richmond airport was very nice. The staff were friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

I was there to run the Richmond marathon and the hotel was nice, the room was really clean and beautiful. After running the marathon the roads were closed and I was not able to make it on time for checkout (11:00am). But the receptionist was really nice and understanding she let me take my time and I was able to take a shower and checkout relaxing. Thank you and i really appreciate all your help and understanding.

Room was clean except for bug squashed on the wall. About out of protein options and oatmeal by 9 am. Milk was empty at 9:15 for cereal. No lids for coffee cups available. Desk clerk was there to check us in at 2:30 am after we were delayed due to weather conditions. Bed and pillows were comfortable
