Brand new, friendly staff, rooms were clean and minimalist style- only complaint was I didn’t think the beds were very comfortable (bed had one thin blanket with a flat sheet), pillows were not comfortable- basic cheaper style. Can’t beat the price tho!

There is budget and then there is run down. Internet never worked, tv stuck on one channel, tub full of standing water when I arrived
