"Friendly staff who go beyond the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Good spread for breakfast. No major issues for the hotel for me apart from the slow lifts. Otherwise good value for money and I would definitely stay again if I return to Pekanbaru. Great job!"
"Reception non-existent, room in poor condition and dirty, no wifi. Booked because of the proximity to city centre and good reviews, these vere optimistic even by Indonesian standards. Would have stayed if I didn't already pay."
