"This could have been a “WOW Stay”; one staff member was ignorant. 1 housekeeper, I asked her name, she said, Marie. 1st day she got smart when I ask her how to we request towels, since u only come every other day- which I understand that, that’s standard (I’m one of the most polite people u will ever meet.)3rd day , we had no clean towels, ask her with her cart full of towel for 1 wash cloth, she said no, it’s for the rooms & gave me 2 large towels, so that what I took my shower with. Sad!...

"There was no microwave or clock in the room. The shower door would not close completely resulting in standing water on the floor. My wife asked the front desk for a moist towelet for her face and they said they had nothing for her. At checkout time the gentleman t the desk never asked how our stay was. I've stayed at many "Hilton" hotels in the past 6 years and received better accommodations."

"Rating would have been higher but my daughter left her new gift of ear rings on the table when she left. As she was on the airport shuttle she realized it and called the front desk to tell them. She left her information to have them mailed to her home. The hotel and the housekeeping manager never followed up even after three phone calls so they basically stole them. Not cool at all. A place with decent service and honest employees would have returned them."
