Zimmer okay, aber das Personal ist einfach nicht hinterher … Ewig im Restaurant auf Kellner und Bedienung gewartet. Speiseraum nicht richtig sauber gemacht … Tische und Boden dreckig mit Speiseresten … Im Zimmer waren bei 3 Tagen Aufenthalt 2 Mal Silberfischchen. Im Bad und im Wohnzimmer auf dem Teppich. Personal am Abend sitzt nur die Zeit ab und reagiert nicht auf Gäste die im Gang Party machen, selbst wenn man sie anspricht. Nach dem ein Kind sich am Pool auf dn Boden erbrochen hat, wurde das kurz mit dem Abzieher in ein Rinne geschoben und mit Küchenrolle nochmal drüber gewischt. War schon ein wenig ekelhaft, als 10 Minuten später der Boden an andern stellen mit dem gleichen abzieher wieder trocken gemacht wurde. Aber es passt zum Gesamteindruck.

Schönes Hotel mit Luft nach oben

Die Einrichtung des Chalets war vollkommen ausreichend und modern. Der Frühstücksraum und das Frühstück allerdings absolute Katastrophe. Kantinen-Stimmung, altes Mobiliar und das Essen fad und teilweise nicht identifizierbar. Süße Gerichte zusammen mit herzhaften in einem Wärmebehälter so dass der Kirsch-Crumble nur nach der Zucchini aus dem Nebenfach schmeckte und roch. Schwimmbad sehr klein und alles eher behelfsmäßig.

Leider gab es im Haus kein Warmwasser und die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt. Wir bekamen eine neue Kaffeemaschine, Warmwasser jedoch keines. Außerdem haben wir an der Rezeption falsche Informationen bekommen. Uns wurde bei Anreise der Parkplatz Nummer 3 zugewiesen. Am Tag unserer Abreise wurde der Parkplatz von einem Kran gesperrt. Wir mussten mehrere Stunden warten bis wir fahren konnten. Die Dame an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und gab uns die Schuld, da wir angeblich falsch geparkt hätten und keine Telefonnummer/ Kennzeichen hinterlegt hätten obwohl ich dies schriftlich bei Anreise angegeben hatte. Außerdem rund um das Hotel Bauarbeiten, dementsprechend Krach und Schmutz/Matsch. Insgesamt nicht zufrieden. Haus an sich war schön und modern. Schade dass die Umstände uns den Aufenthalt vermasselt hatten.

Ein super Hotel mit super netten Service. Alle waren so nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war nie eintönig und hat immer geschmeckt. Das einzige Manko: es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Die essenszeiten auch etwas früh (16-19 Uhr Abendessen) dafür Frühstück erst ab 8:00 Uhr

Es ist ein modern eingerichtetes kleines Hotel Insbesondere für uns als Familie hatte das Hotel viel zu bieten. Sowohl im Innenbereich als auch im Außenbereich. Der Spielraum angrenzend an den Essenraum war unser Highlight, ebenso der schöne und vor allem warme Pool. Das Personal hätten wir uns freundlicher und aufgeschlossener gewünscht. Die Zimmer sind, wie auch das gesamte Hotel, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist im Großen und Ganzen sauber. Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Frühstückszeiten waren für uns etwas spät (ab 8.00 Uhr), dafür waren die Abendessenzeiten ideal (16.00-19.00 Uhr) Derzeit wird um das Hotel viel gebaut, wodurch es leider wenig einladend wirkt. Wir waren übers Wochenende im Hotel und am Freitag war bis Mitternacht sehr laute dröhnende Musik, welche es uns leider unmöglich gemacht hat zu schlafen.

Piękne, ciche, spokojne miejsce

Piękny, nowy, czysty, pachnący ośrodek, super basen. Blisko morza, ale dojście tylko do klifu - polecam zachody słońca - piękny widok :) Trochę zamieszania z jedzeniem, ale spowodowane covido-ograniczeniami. Zdecydowanie polecam!
