Super clean and comfortable. If you love to walk stay here it is perfect. We are big walkers so this location is great for us. It is on the edge of the downtown historic city center. So you start your day with a very nice breakfast and your on your way.
Nice simple gym.
Wish they had coffee/tea service in the room.
It was a clean quiet hotel due to covid I assume. It’s centrally located with a safe underground parking. The breakfasts were good and served quickly as you selected from the buffet. They had servers pick the food for you to avoid contact with multiple guest.
Dinner was ok but better choices in town nearby.

The staff was very rude especially the guy at the front desk and a waitress at the restaurant.
I arrived on a very hot Sunday afternoon but the bar was closed until 8pm and the restaurant was closed.
However the room was really nice and comfortable.
Good Business Class Hotel, very quiet, stayed Sunday night so few guest, restaurant is closed on a Sunday, but there is a shopping mall up the road which has food outlets.
Check-in was smooth, room was really nice and comfortable. The breakfast was definitely a must, it's really really good with a lot of healthy yet tasty options- even had freshly squeezed orange juice!
A very good hotel right in the middle of Reus. It is in good condition and has a very good restaurant. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The down side is it costs 15 euros to park your car and 20 euros for a small dog.
Overall a pretty standard hotel. Car park expensive at over €15 per night. Food was good staff always with friendly smile. Got lost in evening and reception gave me direction back and welcomed me with a smile.
It was probably unfortunate that we visited on a holiday. But if you are not able to book into a hotel at any time through the year and not expect a complete service where on earth do you go!
To find the hotel restaurant closed! Also the hotel bar closed! That has got to be exceptionally very poor service! Also to be charged, as a guest, for parking your car in the
hotel I feel that was again very poor. Please inform me where else does this sort of service

Good clean hotel located on ring road easy walking distance for c enter of town.
Bar closes at 11pm so missed first night as Google directions not great so got lost. Luckily a local garage helped us out with a map. Parking is 15 euros per night. Breakfast ranges from 13.50 to 18 euros per person. No tea or coffee making facilities in room so with an early start we had nothing to drink. Overall very good but on a very main road so very noisy.
We arrived for one night before flying out from Reus airport only to be told that the restaurant was closed and there are no other restaurants close by - staff were very good and recommended a good Italian restaurant (Trattorini) about 15 minutes walk away in the city centre - apart from the closed restaurant the hotel was fine
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Reus. Overall is a good hotel. The rooms are a bit small but so do most hotel rooms in Europe. Breakfast was great! Probably the best quality of the hotel. Parking was I think a bit pricey at 14 euros per night. Like I said a good hotel that will do the job.
We had stayed before and for what we wanted, a late arrival and early departure it was ideal, friendly and comfortable. Convenient underground parking available at reasonable price.
Hotel central for bus,city centre and local shopping.
Hotel was able to accomondate early checkin, which meant we could freshen up before going out.
Staff spoke english.
Very comfortable room and had air condition.
Reus is not a place I would visit, but if you have to, this is a hotel with great value for your money.
the only downside: there is only free wifi in the loby not in your room.
if you are planning a business trip to reus or surrounding areas then this will work well. parking directly underneath the hotel is very convenient albeit at a premium!
hotel rooms are large and good value for money. I didnt use the restaurant as the menu was poor and with other restaurants closeby it was worth the effort to get out and about. Hotel staff were very helpful and although my spanish is not great the communication was not a problem.
Comfortable hotel with good facilities and very helpful staff. Parking is expensive and the hotel is a little way from the centre (15/20 min walk) but ok if you are young and fit. Good location for the airport, it took ten minutes from check-out to airport check-in.
The Ciutat de reus hotel was very nice and the service in the bar was good and hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. The room itself was clean and well laid out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it was the most reasonable hotel during my week stay in Spain. The down side of the stay was the town itself. There was no-where open in terms of shops and cafes on the day we flew in and the same situation a week later on the day we flew back. The people in Reus kept recommending other places to go such as Tarragona and Salou when we asked what there was to do there. In this regard the stay there was disappointing and I would probably not fly back to this town. The hotel however was of a very high standard.
