Fun hotel with great staff and team. Extra charge not mentioned in the booking for beach loungers and beach umbrellas as well as the sauna on site. Pools were great. Food was very good. The Booking page offers this hotel “on the beach” but there is a two lane road for tour busses and other traffic between the hotel and the beach, so we think it is across the road from the beach. We had a balcony with sea view but the balcony had safety glass that you really could not see through if sitting or lounging so the sea view was quite limited unless standing- this was disappointing. Other than that a good stay.

Agréable séjour.

Agréable séjour de 2 nuits. La chambre est spacieuse, bien aménagée et propre. Le petit déjeuner et le diner sont proposés sous forme de buffet, proposent des plats variés et de qualité. Nous avons eu la chance de trouver une place de stationnement proche de l'hôtel, le parking de l'hôtel même en hors saison étant complet. La plage se trouve juste de l'autre côté de la rue. Dommage que les transats soient payants même pour les clients de l'hôtel.

Generally a great experience.

The room was good and comfortable; nice bed, balcony and bathroom. Safe was available in the room. Tea and coffee were provided in the room and water in the fridge, but often not replaced when used. We valued having on site parking, even if in a bit of what looked like waste land next to the hotel, but protected by a barrier to the main road. The hotel has lots of nice facilities: we used the swimming pool in the health club and the outdoors one, both pleasant. We also had a reasonably priced massage. There was an additional charge to use the sauna. Turns out however to be two hotels combined into one, and sometimes confusingly facilities were for one part of the hotel, but not the other, while others were shared. Staff were always very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. A bit of a walk to get into the old town, 30-40 min, but worth it, especially for an evening meal in the many restaurants there. However beach very close but across a sometimes busy road. Easy to get to the main road with most of the main sites of Crete usually two and a bit hours away maximum. Generally very happy with our stay, good value.

Excellent room and sea view. Staff so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location with beautiful views. A real plus was not being able to save sun beds, if you put towels down and walked off for a while a note would be put on the bed and towels were removed.

Overall nice stay

Comfy clean room, friendly staff. Very good buffet breakfast. Super close to the beach but the hotel’s own pools are nice too. Soundproofing could be improved

Loistava hotelli hyvällä paikalla

Pearl beach sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla rantatien päässä omassa rauhassa syrjässä hälystä, mutta kuitenkin kaikki palvelut ovat hyvin saavutettavissa ja viereiseltä taksitolpalta suhauttaa keskustaan hetkessä. Lähistöllä on paljon hyviä ruokapaikkoja ja hoidettu ranta vesiaktiviteetteineen löytyy vain tien ylityksen päässä. Hotellin henkilökunta on ihana, huomaavainen ja aina valmiina auttamaan. Hotellista löytyy kaikki tarvittava hyvään lomaan aina kuntosalista tasokkaaseen allasbaariin. Aamiaisbuffet on erinomainen. Myös esim. iltaohjelmasta kannattaa ehdottomasti katsoa ainakin kreikkalaisen tanssin ilta. Allasalue on suht pieni, joten jos aurinkotuolin haluaa varata itselleen kannattaa olla ajoissa liikkeellä.

Hotel tres bien entretenu, personnel tres aimable et serviable. Dans l ensemble tres bonne cuisine avec des repas bien préparés et variés. Seuls bemol le buffet des desserts n est pas appetissant hormis les specialites locales (patisseries et yaourts grecs). Il manque vraiment un chef pâtissier pour realiser des desserts simples mais maison . 2 eme bemol : la plage n est vraiment pas terrible (trop de cailloux ).

Ordentliches Hotel, direkt am Strand.

Ein Hotel in dem man sich wirklich wohl fühlen kann. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilft immer, Dies trifft leider nicht auf das Reinigungspersonal unseres Zimmer zu. Das Zimmer war schon beim eintreffen nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Kleines Beispiel: Die Handtücher legten wir in die Dusche (wie vom Hotel verlangt) damit diese getauscht werden. Leider wurden diese nur zusammen gelegt und uns als neu verkauft. Das ist nicht nur einmal vorgekommen. Das war es dann aber schon mit negativen Erfahrungen. Mann muss sagen es wurden sonst alle Wünsche erfüllt und man hat sich gut um seine Gäste gekümmert. Am Essen gibt es nichts auszusetzen, es war lecker und absolut ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels fanden wir super. Direkt am Strand, nur durch eine wenig befahrene Strandpromenade getrennt. Es ist sehr ruhig du die vom Hotel angebotenen Veranstaltungen enden um 23 Uhr.

Superb hotel right By the beach but still a peaceful hotel. A quick car trip or a reasonable walk to some good night life. The food on offer at the hotel was excellent and varied. The staff truly make the place, all are happy and nothing is too much trouble.

A great hotel with a fantastic staff

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We had a spacious room on the second floor with a garden view. The hotel is located on the beach boulevard about 3km away from the old town. The rooms are renovated (pictures at hotels.com are old) and the free wifi actually works! The staff was the greatest thing about this hotel. They were always smiling and even made our special requests possible. We arrived early in the morning and although check in wasn’t possible at that time, we were offered breakfast on the house and guided to the shower room, so we were able to start our vacation right away at the pool. We also used the shower room on the day of our departure. It was nothing fancy, but did the job. The pool was quite crowded but luckily there are more sunbeds at the beach across the road (6 euros per day for the set). The breakfast was great and the hotel pool bar was excellent for lunch. The only con were small, flimsy pool towels that must have been used like a million times. Also they were not changed by the housekeeping even when left on the floor so we had to go to the reception for that. And there is a 10 euros deposit on the towels. So bring your own! But all in all we were very happy with our stay and felt like it was worth the money. A gret 4-star hotel and the staff made sure we had a great vacation. Highly recommend!

boede her 4 dage start april dejligt hotel på denne årstid hvo der er langt imellem noget der har åbent lidt langt til byen hvis man skal gå fordel med bil virkelig god morgen buffet og god aften buffet som kan tilkøbes pr, dag pænt og velholdt hotel super god og hjælpsom service i reception
