Check in was done ahead of time. Ok for us, but I had to help another couple later who hadn’t. The apartment was beautifully clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. There are teabags and 2 coffee pods to start with. We didn’t use the cooking facilities but there appeared to be everything you might need. The TVs weren’t connected to the internet so not smart TVs. Enjoyable and comfortable stay while attending Smetana Festival. Very clean comfortable family run hotel. Spacious bedroom and bathroom Very helpful and friendly staff. Appreciated the many artworks displayed in room and throughout the hotel, unexpected bonus! Only downside was there is no lift and although I had no difficulty managing stairs to third floor, not ideal with luggage.

Fantastic hotel for kids as Lego everywhere.
