Le GROS POINT NOIR : présence d'une terrasse de bar sous la fenêtre de l'appartement, avec une insonorisation en décalage avec le bruit produit. C'est insupportable jusqu'à 00h20 chaque soir de la semaine. Dans ces conditions impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour un appartement qui n'est pas climatisé. Les fenêtres doivent être changées pour améliorer l'isolation phonique...."
