Quand je suis arrivé à la réception Automatique, impossible de pouvoir récupérer ma chambre car la réservation était soi-disant inconnue. Quand j'ai appelé le numéro d'urgence, on m'a expliqué que la réservation avait été annulée par l'application Hotels.com. Sans aucune raison et j'ai surtout, je n'ai eu aucun message. Par contre j'ai bien un mail me confirmant la réservation avec mon numéro de réservation. L'hôtel était complet et il n'y avait aucun autre hôtel disponible dans la région. J'ai dû faire 200 km de plus pour dormir à 4h du matin. C'est une véritable honte.

A mon arrivée beaucoup de bruit… et puis je découvre une chambre qui ne sentait pas le frais. 1 er réflexe vérifier l’état des draps, et bim des poils. On m’a immédiatement proposé une autre chambre. Mais les allez et venues de chacun ont « bercés » ma nuit. Petit déjeuner décevant, les fruits n’étaient pas frais. Bref je n’y retournerai jamais.

Problème de double paiement de la chambre.

Le séjour s'est plutôt bien passé hormis l'enregistrement sur la borne automatique a l'arrivee qui m'a oblige de payer une deuxieme fois la chambre pour pouvoir entrer. J'attends un remboursement de l'hôtel en esperant que cela se fasse.
