Clean although sparce furnishings, perhaps typical for alipine family hotels. No elevator. Staff is family who likely live their. No hotel reception at night; this is problematic for late evening arrivals. Private parking is a plus. Breakfast included, which is becoming less common in Germany. Located At base of steep pastures for hiking. Town streets unnavigational without GPS guidance.

Das Zimmer ist normal und zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit Balkon und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir waren in diesem Hotel für eine Übernachtung bei der Rückreise von Kroatien. Es war sauber, schön hergerichtet und sehr ruhig. Schöne Lage und tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hotel agreable Chambre familiale sans balcon et tres petite (une fois le canape ouvert il est impossible de circuler. Petit dejeuner tres bien mise a part laxdame qui tout les matin vous donne le timing pour ne pas depasser 10h et qui ne cesse de courir dans tous les sens en claqiant les portes de placard avec stress, vraiment pas agreable de prendre le petit dejeuner dans ces conditions ! Prix excessif pour la baviere. Emplacement excentré. Absence d'ascenseur. Bonne literie.

Das Hotel liegt in einem Ortsteil von Reit im Winkel etwa 1,5km vom Ortskern. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich. Die Räumlichkeiten waren relativ sauber. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und mit orangen Wänden und grünem Teppich nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Abends ist man im Haus sich selbst überlassen. Es gibt einen Selbstbedienungskühlschrank. Es gibt WLAN, dass jedoch eine sehr geringe Datenrate hat.

Super Lage und traumhafter Ausblick

Super Hotel. Freundliches Personal. Fantastischer Blick von den Terassen aus. Zimmer sind praktisch und typisch landlich eingerichtet. Wer Erholung sucht, ohne Schnick-Schnack, ist hier genau richtig. Zimmer riechen etwas muffig aber ansonsten haben wir absolut nichts auszusetzen. Parkplätze stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Sauna ist auch im Haus. Ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Stadtmitte. Aber bei der Umgebung ist das sehr akzeptabel. Wir kommen wieder !!!!

Empfang nicht nur sehr unpersönlich, (Schlüssel für das Zimmer lag auf dem Tresen ohne Kommentar), Betten sehr schlecht, d.h. uralte und durchgelegene Matratzen, lumpiges Bettzeug !-Veraltetes und über- teuertes Haus, Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier überhaupt nicht !!! Das Essen in der Villa MITTERMAIER ist recht karg und der Koch bräuchte eigentlich ein paar Nachhilfe- Stunden bei Herrn Rach ! Im Großen und Ganzen ist von unserer Seite zu sagen, dass dieses Haus NICHT MEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN IST ! ! ! ! ! Fam. H E L D (Weshalb diese Umfrage in Englisch ausgestellt ist, wird Ihr Geheimnis bleiben,.....es können leider nicht alle deutschen Staatsbürger Englisch !!!)

Schöne Lage, aber arg abgewohnte Zimmer....

Das Hotel liegt ruhig und sonnig. Leider stammt die Möblierung und auch der Teppichboden aus der Bauzeit des Hauses Anfang der 70-er Jahre - hier wurde bisher nichts erneuert (wir hatten Einzelzimmer). Entsprechend muffig riechen die Zimmer leider auch (aus dem Teppichboden). Der wirklich kleine Fernseher und die Receiveranlage sind sehr bedienungsunfreundlich und der Empfang nicht gut und störungsfrei - auch hier sollte mal ein Techniker für verbesserte Empfangsmöglichkeiten kommen. Das Frühstück ist gut bis sehr gut, schöne Auswahl an Aufschnitt, Käse, Rührei, gekochten Eiern. Die Mitarbeiter - wenn sie denn da sind - sind freundlich. Allerdings sind häufig Mitarbeiter gar nicht (mehr) im Hause; das Hotel wird offensichtlich im "Verbund" mit anderen Häusern bewirtschaftet und es gibt keinen ständigen (Rezeptions-) Mitarbeiter. Das ist vor allem nachmittags und abends unschön, da die Haustür immer offen steht und Jedermann völlig unbewacht ins Haus gehen und sich am Rezeptionstresen Schlüssel wegnehmen könnte....Leider ist deswegen auch der Bartresen nur noch Kulisse - ausgeschenkt wird hier leider abends nichts mehr. Der Saunabereich ist recht gepflegt und wurde wohl nachträglich eingebaut in den 90-ern. Bedauerlich ist, dass es nur am ersten Tag Shampoo im Bad gab - die Folgetage wurde gespart und es gab leider nichts mehr.
