"Good, convenient and shuttle to airport a nice feature. However, in advance of the stay I was unable to find out (accurately) where to go to get the shuttle from FRA airport to the hotel. It turns out it is at the Medical Center, but that isn't mentioned anywhere I could find on the hotel website, or in the material from the hotel on the web. This forced me to take a taxi and spend an extra 25 Euros -- not a lot, but something that could have been saved if the hotel had provided the FRA airport pickup location on its website."
