Reims City Centre Packages (Flight + Hotel)

1. The room was very small not what we expected not enough space for two people and two pieces of luggage. 2. The bathroom was extra small with no shelving for you to put your toiletries on. 3. First day at the hotel was a Sunday, we had no air-conditioning and the room was quite hot. We had to wait till Monday for it to be fixed and turned on. 4. We were out for a full day of tours and came back in the afternoon to find that our room door was not locked and left open by the cleaning staff. Luckily nothing in our room was missing. Overall, I would say that this room would work for only one person as it is quite small. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and polite and was always happy to give directions for tours and transportation.

First time in Paris and this was the perfect hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful and it’s so close to the basilica it’s amazing

The location was awesome, but I mean the rooms were very small, and it was very hot and you had no control over the A/C, the person that checked us in was not the friendliest. So next time I might stick to the regular hotel chains.

Great little hotel located close to Bastille, I stayed with my two kids and we had a lovely two storey room
