The price was good an it was perfect access 2 the beach,which was main reason for going, also had a swimming pool which was nice. Place very clean. An surrounded by various shops an food places. What I didn't like is u had 2 pay per night for parking. Also no free hot coffee in lobby which many place we stay at do offer.

Great location, room ok, bathrooms definitely needs some improvement. Deal breaker was charging $15 to park in their almost empty parking lot prior to the 4:00 check-in time & charging $50 to check into your room that is ready before their 4:00 check-in time. Sorry won’t be back!

There was no housekeeping in the room at all for a 5 day stay. The toilet was DIRTY when we arrived, I wiped it down myself. The trash was not emptied once- I brought it to the dumpster myself. No fresh towels delivered, no one takes used towels so they just pile up. I had to ask for a broom at the front desk- with a beach stay sand gets tracked in no matter how hard you try. For $400 + a night, you expect at least bare minimum- this didn’t even get there. We were kept up all night by people verbally fighting- yelling and swearing at each other. Parking is very difficult. On a positive the location is great and my kids enjoyed the pool.

The hotel staff was fabulous. If we needed anything they delivered. We called ahead of time to see if room was first floor and found it was not. I can't climb stairs, because mobility issues. After being told first there were no rooms, they found a room at Beach House, next door. Although rennovations were not complete, it had main things, it was clean and comfortable. It will beautiful . The staff was great and helpful from start. The only complaint was the noise. The pool a was outside our door and so there was always noise, from kids mostly. But that was ok. Overall, it was very nice and would stay there again.

Check and check out was a process. They struggled with it being booked through 3rd party. Room was meh lots of hair on bed annd towels. Room needs major updating. Clearly has been through several storms. Luckily we were only in the room to sleep and it being only one night. The lobby was clean and the staff were friendly. Would I book again…maybe.

Awesome location - rooms were clean upon check in. Loved the coffee shop being right there and being so close to the beach and the bay. Trolly stop right at front door to take trips to Rehoboth. Staff was super friendly. It was a dog friendly motel- but no signs outside of dogs- well kept- no dogs barking at night. The rooftop seating was nice in the evenings to relax and listen to the music at nearby bars. We stayed four nights- only complaint was we never were provided clean towels or toilet paper and the trash was never cleaned from our room. I had to find someone working to provide these items for us. The room was never checked on our entire stay. Other than that - we loved our stay and will return.
