"Fire alarm started beeping at 3:30am and required us to call the manager to confirm no fire danger…no one responded to the first call to operator and finally a staff person came to the door…fire alarm went off again but then was silent for the rest of the night…not a good night’s sleep but we were offered another room to stay in but we didn’t take it…not going to leave our room without taking our bags as suggested by staff member…room was really warm and had problems with the air...

"Hot tub great! Bathroom small, with no fan. Otherwise friendly, helpful staff and they let me do laundry (free) past the regulated hours 😁 Beautiful gym as well! Restaurant was closed down and I was not informed until check in was completed. This was a huge reason I booked the room in the first place. Huge disappointment about that"

The whole place smells like wet dog and kitty litter!"
