Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are so very sorry that you had to wait for being checked in. Even though, we offer holiday apartments and are not a hotel, it is very important for us, to offer a reception, which is occupied daily from 13.30-22.30 pm. During this time, we are on location and try to help to give all our guests the best possible stay in Regensburg. Because we didn't know your approximate time of arrival (and also other guests), my colleague has been checking all apartments for cleanliness and wasn't available on the phone during that time. I'm very sorry, that this happened and want to assure, that this was the first and hopefully last time, that this happened. We hope, you will give us another chance if you should come back to Regensburg. For future bookings just know, that to guarantee the smooth check-in, it is always a big help for the host if they know the approximate time of arrival of guests. About the window in the bathroom, your description seems a bit misleading - the window is completely from frosted glass, to make sure, that nobody from the stairwell can look inside, but still have a bit of natural light in the bathroom. The window of the bedroom which opens to the terrace and small courtyard is normally the quietest possibility to sleep directly in the old town of Regensburg. If the other guests during your stay were noisy, you can get help from the reception staff for the communication with guests. While we inform all our guests about the times of quiet between 22pm and 8am, we are happy to help, if some respectless guests should not adhere to those important rules. Guten Tag, Vielen Dank für das Feedback. Dass die Schlafsofas einen Lattenrost haben und so auch besser für Dauerschläfer geeignet sind war uns bei der Auswahl sehr wichtig. Das Feedback hierzu war bisher durchweg positiv. Herzlichen Dank für die Information, dass es durch gebrochene Latten ungemütlich wird, wir werden das sofort beheben, um den gewünschten Schlafkomfort auch auf den Schlafcouches wieder herzustellen. Wir informieren alle Gäste über die Ruhezeiten von 22 bis 8 Uhr - falls Sie mit Kindern bereits früher zu Bett gehen, dürfen Sie in Zukunft gerne unserem Service-Team in der Rezeption Bescheid geben, damit wir die Kommunikation mit den weiteren Gästen für Sie übernehmen. Das rücksichtsvolle Verhalten aller unsere Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig, weshalb wir obwohl wir kein Hotel sind, dennoch eine täglich besetzte Rezeption vor Ort zur Verfügung stellen. Bitte nehmen Sie doch in Zukunft unsere Hilfe in Anspruch, damit wir Ihnen bereits vor Ort den bestmöglichen Aufenthalt ermöglichen können. Also it is very important for us to know, that on Expedia there were wrong settings regarding our roof top terrace with whirlpool. This is for our maisonette apartment exclusively, but it was in no way our intention to have misleading settings on Expedia. I will contact the support for making sure, that the terrace is only inserted on the maisonette apartment. Hallo, Vielen Dank für das freundliche Feedback! Ein Bügeleisen+-brett kann man bei uns in der Rezeption ausleihen, da wir leider nicht in allen Wohnungen die Kapazität hierfür haben.
