"Staff is extremely rude!!! I encountered a HORRIFIC staff experience with the desk. My mom works in the hospitality industry and was appalled by these employees behavior we experienced. Over talk the guests, cuts them off mid-sentence, interrupting to the fullest extent. Responds with "I don't know!" to literally everything they are asked about. Refuses to let me talk to Mia P in Guest Relations, refuses to let me talk to Himen - the Manager. Refuses to give me back my incidental deposit that nothing was charged for. Will NOT recommend this hotel, EVER to anyone!"

"Check in went smoothly for me. My king suite was sparsely furnished, in need of repairs and very outdated. The mattress on the king pull out was so thin that at first it didn't appear there was a mattress at all. No additional sheets, blankets or pillows were provided. There was no phone in the room. We wanted help with a couple of things during our stay and had to walk to the lobby to ask a question. The handle on our closet was missing, so we had to pry it open. The bathroom sink had a large crack in it running from the front all the way to the back. The shower curtain rod had been broken out of it's bracket and was wedged back into the space at a strange angle. The bathroom door was too large for the space and had to be forced to close. The front of the heating/cooling unit was completely broken off and just laid back overtop of the unit and therefore fell off when I touched it. The room was very noisy because of other hotel guests, which is no one's fault but just a fact. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and I did sleep well, which is what matters in the end I guess. I would not stay at this particular Comfort Suites again. "
