"Although the Postcard Cabin had its quirks, overall the stay was not satisfactory. When we first arrived, everything seemed really nice and picture perfect. We turned the fan on and saw all the little extra details added for this experience. The fan turned on and off every 5 minutes, we tried to turn it off, but it would not budge. Then at night we tried to shower, I saw the sign that said limited water, but there was hot water for 4 minutes and then it automatically turned freezing cold. It was quite a shock at such a late hour. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable and we found some ladies hair behind where our heads lay. We understand that people have used this location before us, but this hair was in plain sight (we don't have long black hair). Lastly, not sure what the high property fee was for, because this spot was definitely not worth the amount I paid a night. Overall, we would not choose to return to this spot due to the high price and lower quality than expected. "

"The staff and manager were extremely accommodating. Especially with the complimentary breakfast. An extra cinnamon rasin bagel, strawberry jam, peanut butter if you ask. Always greeted good morning. The basic Wifi was a little weak but for a $1.99 they have better. Could hear the neighbors because if thin walls. Clean enough for the price. Not the maids fault. The rooms need some up grading. Staff was great food Ok. But the price was right."

"The staff was very courteous; the front desk and the housekeepers were very friendly. The location in terms of access to stores and restaurants was perfect, however the hotel is next to I-95, and the traffic could be heard all hours of the day and night. The upper floors were under construction, and I was informed that construction would start at 9 AM, however on the first morning, there was consistent banging before 9 AM that prevented my husband and I from sleeping in. My package was purchased through Expedia, but there was no mention of construction or the $7 per night for parking. The room was spacious, however the bathroom was dated and could use some upgrading. There was very poor lighting, a weak exhaust system and inadequate hooks on the door so the towels kept falling to the floor. Shower curtains in 2026 seem archaic and the shower curtain on the curved rod was too small causing huge gaps on each side of the curtain. In addition, the towel paper holder was awkwardly positioned so you were forced to twist your body to grab the paper. I have stayed in Hilton Garden Inns in different states, however this is the first time, I am unable to leave a positive review."
