"Shuttle service does not operate 24/7 like others that are on a continuous loop, only appear to have 1 driver and it takes about 1/2 hr (or more) to wait if they have already left the airport terminal until they make there way back. "Very nice hotel, the staff are terrific, very helpful and friendly. The bistro is also excellent. Our rating really applies to the pool and spa area. The roof seems to have a leak, for some time now. Plaster/drywall is falling down next to the hot tub leaving a gaping hole in the ceiling and a mess on the floor."

"Room was okay at most, questionable staining on the sheets/curtains and many areas of the room have clearly not been cleaned in a long time, dirty tissues under the bed/behind the furniture & and suspicious hairs everywhere and I mean everywhere. "Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
